The flavor profile of oysters is varied and has many components much like wine.
Lot 7 in the mission offers 4 varieties of oysters currently.
We have the Dabob's for a dollar 4-6pm. Three other's are available as well for regular price. Quilcene, Blondes, and Miyagi's. Keeping these oysters straight and seperated is a task in itself due to them looking very similar. We keep them straight so you can enjoy the subtle differences and compare the flavor profiles.
